What’s a credit worth?+
One credit equals one cent of work at list price ($0.01 retail). The Team plan includes 5,000 credits/month — exactly $50 of work bundled into the $50 subscription. Top-up packs offer volume discounts down to $0.0077/credit on the largest pack.
What happens if I hit my cap?+
Monroe stops and asks. There is no path where an agent silently burns through your cap. You can raise the cap from inside the app or wait until the next billing period.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Included monthly credits do not roll over. Paid top-up packs do — they expire 12 months after purchase. Free trial credits expire after 30 days.
Why these prices and not cheaper?+
Real LLM tokens cost real money — a single agentic workflow on a flagship model can burn $0.50+ in raw inference. We charge what the work actually costs plus a sustainable margin so we’re still here in three years. Most ops teams use ~$30–80 of credits per month, well inside the included allowance.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, from the Stripe-hosted Customer Portal. No phone calls, no retention game.
Do you charge per seat?+
No. Credits are shared across your whole workspace. Add or remove teammates without changing the bill.
How do you handle taxes?+
Stripe Tax handles sales tax and VAT automatically. EU/UK customers see VAT on the invoice; US customers see sales tax where applicable.
